VLEX improves the way SVG images respond to layout changes.
Instead of resizing the entire SVG image, VLEX allows developers to pass special expressions and equations based on which portions of the SVG scale differently based on the screen resolution.
This allows complex SVG animations and effects to be built, instead of just minifying the SVG like a classic PNG or JPEG.
You probably won't understand what VLEX can actually do until you see a demo, but the developer has provided lots of examples and usage instructions to help get a feel of VLEX's usage scenarios.
